If you have experienced a personal injury through no fault of your own, you have a Constitutional right to judgment for appropriate compensation from the person who has injured you.

A personal injury can be either;

  • Physical or
  • Psychological (e.g. post traumatic stress).

If you have incurred any financial losses that are a direct result of the accident, for example;

  • Medical Bills
  • Lost Income

Or for any other type of injury or loss directly attributable to the accident you may be entitled for compensation. The majority of personal injuries claims are required by law to be submitted to the Injuries Board, the limitation period for bringing a claim is 2 years from the date of accident, however personal injury claims* involving minors are excluded from this time limitation period.

Houlihan Solicitors always aim to achieve the best possible outcome for your case, which allows you to take time to recover knowing your case is in safe hands. If you are thinking about getting the advice that you need on a personal injury claim*, we are happy to help contact us on  us on 061 502 090 or email [email protected]
