In 2014 our client Mr. Madeloso sustained serious personal injuries in a road traffic accident. He rejected the Injuries board offer and moved forward with court proceedings. In November 2015 Mr Madeloso was awarded €21,080 by the president of the Circuit Court, Judge O’ Rourke, for his personal injuries.
